What will you be working on as a financial administrative assistant?

As a financial administrative assistant, you will contribute to the already initiated growth of the organisation. You are responsible for ensuring correct accounts payable.

You ensure the quality of the financial processes and outputs. You ensure correct processing of invoices and reminders. In addition, you actively work on improving the financial processes within MAG45 and coordinate them.

You do this in cooperation with the Financial Controller and your colleagues in the finance team, consisting of a global total of 11 enthusiastic and driven employees.

During your working day, you will be working on the following tasks:

  • You take care of preparatory tasks so that monthly and annual reports can be compiled;
  • You take care of cash management;
  • You register, check and process invoices and payments
  • You prepare the sales invoicing towards customers;
  • You safeguard the financial process and ensure that the work (invoicing, archiving) and financial systems meet quality standards;
  • You maintain all creditor & debtor data, including the associated delivery and payment terms;
  • You ensure correct, complete and timely general ledger management;
  • You periodically compile the correct statements and ensure their availability;
  • You identify exceptional situations and act actively in case of deviations;
  • You will participate in the implementation process of our new ERP system, MSD365. You will help build!

The role of financial administrative assistant is tailor-made for you if:

  • You have vocational secondary school working and thinking level (střední odborné učiliště) with at least two years of relevant work experience;
  • You have experience working in an ERP system, e.g. MSD365;
  • You like to work in a well-organised way and are accurate;
  • You are available 40 hours per week;
  • You have an excellent command of the Czech and English languages (Polish and German would be a plus);
