If you want to never be home, have horrible management, absolutely no communication, and no advanment opportunity then this is the place to work. Mangers almost never answer their phones you are promised to be home almost every day but you won't be due to being 2-3 hours away from your home. Also they don't promote you unless you threaten to quit. You also will never be on the same crew day to day

It's very important to review your work. Do not make assumptions that everything is good due to the fast phased activity and time constraints. Attention to details will save you time to redo work. Overall the team I was assigned are very helpful to ensure all task are checked before submitting.
Not a good place to work. Lot of politics. Line manager will treat you like a slave, you will be threatened, suppressed for everything, mental torchure. Voice survey is of no use as Line manager will take your life if filled against him or true feedback is shared. Awful place.
I lost my job in cross cutting,afterall it's a MNC company.In this covid19 period we work for company at this condition and suddenly they terminate me. And also they gave me notice 1 month ago, no extra salary for terminate me in such condition. How do I survive in such condition. Really I can't differentiate small Private company with MNC company. Ericsson is a lovely place to work.Though I worked as an authorised service personnel(ASP),there was still no differentiation between core Ericsson staff and the ASPs.Salaries were paid on time,the work-life balance was perfect and our well-being was top most on their list of priorities. They put the human in human resources

years ago, mix of old friendly nortel crowd + many sharp new hires. as a contractor, ur somewhat on ur own. tightly controlled abstract wiki locked out anyone trying to update it. useful information was hard to come by and seemed tightly guarded. constantly evolving IT env. was annoying. several of us signed a 6 month extension, then were almost immediately cut a week later. frazzled leadership perhaps. the weekly afternoon treat event was good.
Great company with an Awesome culture. I was there in 2016 before the mass lay-off. But would definitely return there if looking for employment. They have made a huge comeback.
