This company is all about appearance. If you really want to grow and become a better professional, Ericsson is not the place. The process to be hired is so selected that make you feel "must be a great company", unfortunately not. Choose another place to work. If you just want a salary at the end of the month is here, but don't expect learn or grow here. And about the salary "You are doing a great job, You are Incredible, OMG your capabilities....but unfortunately there is a table and you are not in the selected to get a raise" Also you are strong pressure to doubt about yourself, not directly but in a very strange way hard to explain. There is great people (ofc that are people that are also looking for new opportunities outside Ericsson) and there is people that can seem great but be aware.... If you want a healthy environment and grow in your career, I strongly advice you to look for other place before you get hired and after become to late and hard to be hired for other company.
Ericsson is an engineering company with competitive and focused level of expertise. If you work really focused, you are relaxed at work. Every engineer and manager has to remain available for emergencies on the network.

Trabalho em ritmo extramente acelerado e por muitas vezes estressante. Uso de muitas ferramentas utilizadas no mercado de trabalho (como Oracle e Linux) e atuação direta com projetos extremamente relevantes e por vezes, críticos. O ambiente de trabalho é extramente leve e descontraído, os horários são flexíveis e a localização é muito boa. Falta por parte da empresa uma política plano de carreira, já que dificilmente as pessoas alcançam cargos maiores e melhores. Salários acima de Analista Júnior são defasados e promoções são pouco aplicadas. Não é uma empresa para se fazer carreira mas é um ótimo início no mercado de trabalho. Trabalho para a Ericsson Inovação, subsidiária da Ericsson.

Ericsson has a good work culture which creates a collaborative work environment, where one feels empowered to take initiatives. Along with the plus points there are work limitations due to high number of meetings. Due to having a strong process driven work routine, flexibility can't be achieved when needed on certain situations.

Ericsson is a frontline company working on cutting edge technologies in the Information and Communication technology domain. Assignments involve a lot of learning and hard work, but the system is very supportive and the culture is very collaborative, due to which working in Ericsson is a lot of fun. Managers are more compassionate towards their employees' welfare and personal exigencies. However, the salary structure and pay review process is non-existent, due to which a lot of disparity and under-compensation exists, which is a constant source of headache for the employees. Employees are not adequately compensated for their work.
