This company has a culture which is quite employee oriented. Since I am part of a global organization here, the timings are flexible though sometimes awkward too. Also, whenenever possible, there is lot of emphasis on the choice of work. The managers are cordial(except few exceptional cases) as the top leadership has a very democratic view of how to run the company. The portfolio is massive and hence an employee has lots of choices. Many employees stay with the complany for more than 5 years.

Overall a good experience. But since the job was Utility Management which is part of Operation and Management lot of stress and strain were involved. Employees often lose their enthusiasm.
Work is hectic but you will learn a lot. There is always logics behind their documents. Staff is co operative and so many chances are available for your personal and professional growth. company invests in the employees
Ericsson work culture was very respective and carrier oriented , I have got change to work in 2G , 3G ( WCDMA and LTE, Also got 3 years onsite project for LTE integration and Configuration for different operators for different counties like UK, Romania, Egypt, Turkey.
Not a healthy work environment. Employees are distinguished as per project under they are working. No proper system of annual appraisal Also restriction on availing on leave and other basic facilities, supposed to have an employee.

Over all ericsson is very good company. Having great company culture is no longer just an option. Today’s workers consider it as much as they consider salary and benefits. In fact, fantastic company culture is almost expected along with other traditional benefits.
Working in the company where change is the norm and working with some of the top managers industry has is the best thing in the Ericsson. All decision taken in concurrence with team or decisions are communicated well on time. lots of pressure on day to day work as market is very competitive. Out bond rantings are best time to get along with juniors and seniors. I learn a lot on organization setup, making business case & people development.
