My role as Acceptance and project member was really stress full. Considering monthly, weekly, daily target and pressure from customer work place was fast pace almost 24/7 and I have to monitor every thing even during weekend and night time however I love the challenges and problem/solution situation and pay was fair

The day start with pushing people with reminders for their tasks Push people to respect working time Need to have regular follow up What I learned people don't take ownership on their tasks People with different mind set and need to deal with different tactics Work place culture people talk over phone loudly and disturb others and I had to shout at them many times to go to quite room. The hardest part of the job was pushing the team to meet the customer expectation and target. The enjoyable part of the job FSO team every year saved 28% service cost compare with external sub contractors for Ericsson. Another thing as part of my job I have developed lots of resources who had potential to higher level and positions which gave me really satisfaction
Ericsson provided all logistics like Apartments, Car, Medical care and flight tickets
I use to work at least 8 - 10 hours per day, local language was an issue.

Jobs I had was relayed to supply chain management. It was hard for me because of working on weekends and holidays and 14 hours per day. There were no detailed systematicall defined process. Everything was on emails.

It seems to me that Ericsson is very professional company in telecommunication systems. it is not only prime leader in technology but also putting higher value to it's resources and staff. For instance Ericsson way of working and working climate is almost the same in each and very branches. The company always follow the core values ( Respect, professionalism and perseverance). Besides the company culture improve your family and overall skill and vision toward the life. During the day following major activities are going to be performed - doing routing take including daily monitoring - providing bench mark report to customer - handling customer queries

actually just ericsson of Iran suffer from corruption and ganging and yearly base almost whole team is changed i faced this gang when i entered there ,NRO Head,head of operation and CEO of company came from pakistan and they make loby and fired local staff and employed non competent subcon and staff from pakistan with very high cost but in a year time company fired all of them.
At Ericsson, we are like a family. different cultures, mentalities, and personalities. but when the goal is unified, we, all do our best to achieve targets. team building from time to time let the climate more funny in the company. Great training for new grads. The most enjoyable part of my day is the sense of accomplishment as that end of the day. I feel good about the support I have given my team.
