Ericsson is on the cutting edge of telecommunications technologies. They hire the best, and provide excellent pay and benefits. However in North America they are frequently lacking in basic human empathy as regarding employees. Very quick to release good employees, thus losing their talents, without considering if those talents can be used elsewhere within the company. Each internal organization leader holds tightly onto their own favorite staff members, without consideration for the abilities of those outside of their own fiefdom.
Good pay, good benefits
Many leaders do not care to ensure a balanced life for their people.
Ericsson has a good work culture which creates a collaborative work environment, where one feels empowered to take initiatives. Along with the plus points there are work limitations due to high number of meetings. Due to having a strong process driven work routine, flexibility can't be achieved when needed on certain situations.
Good work ethics & culture
during weekends WFH required very seldom, Highly process driven

Great culture and very professional company. Worked at Ericsson for many years and it was always a great experience with opportunity to travel overseas and work on many different types of projects and technologies and for many different customers.
The most enjoyable part of the job would be the people on the Product Portfolio Management team and the extended supply chain primes. All issues, challenges, projects were addressed with seasoned, experience and caring employees with the common goal of providing a value added proposition to the company,
Ericsson's approach to work is that every employee is as valuable as the other, regardless of hierarchy. The only sad part is that there are a ton of lazy and inefficient people hiding in the system, causing an unnecessary bloat in staff & costs which eventually leads to WASTE.
Superb Healthcare plan, Subsidized Lunch ($1.50 for a 3-course meal), Gym membership allowance
Useless processes, too many people doing nothing
Great pay and awesome benefits, but there's zero work/life balance. Majority of Line Managers and upper management are incapable of providing any real time or support to their teams. And give little to no time to follow up or review questions/concerns.
Great benefits, nice pay
Management team incapable of supporting their own team
Ericsson has been significantly downsizing in recent years and moving job functions from the US to Europe. The movement of job functions overseas has resulted in poor staff morale for those that remain with the company.
