Typicaly we met at the morning meeting breakfast, then we put on our t-shirts and went to be awesome sellers for the next 11 to 12 hours. I have learned so many things about sport shoes and outdoor equipment but most of all, I have found that world-class customer service is the most important thing being a salesman. The most enjoyable part of this job was the smile on customer's face when we found exactly what he needed along with happy customer's hand shake in the end of his visit.
