Major Incident Manager (Bývalý zaměstnanec) – Okres Brno-město – 10. února, 2019
I will never accept a new position in IBM, never. The worst experience in my life. Nepotism, raccomandation, networking. Nothing about person, everything about people that you know inside. No thank you.

Offers very good opportunities for entry level positions. There are a lot of chances to promote. You can change team and position after 1 year (minimum) and there are a lot of career paths that you can choose. My experience IBM was a good one so I can only recommend it.
The company provides comprehensive education and support for your personal growth. Good environment and not bad benefits. Nevertheless, payment policy is a bit strange - it is easier to get bigger payment from beginning (for newcomers) then increase your salary in one-two years.
I learned a lot about whole company, dept. management system. I enjoyed communication in English and working with foreigners. Unfortunately management behavior was not appropriate and disrespectful, sometimes offensive and rude.
The job itself was quite hard for me at least at start, since I was hired as a Junior, but then thanks to help from great colleagues it got better. In the end (just after few months since I was comfortable) the job got kind of boring and monotonous.
in this company the cultural diversity allow you to be more flexible and try to understand people and their mindset. I learned to respect cultural diversity and be more flexible. The hardest part of the job was to travel 10 hours every each week for the project. you loose 2 days of the week to reach the customer and need to do all work of the week on three days. Enjoyable part of the job was the team and the work at home which allow you a flexible schedule.
