clean environment, keep raw materials stocked. I have learned mechanical skills, quality testing, Responsible to clean inspect and lube equipment. trouble shoot problems on the line. There is too much expected of each person to complete if the line does not run well. Management is bogged down in meetings but try to help out the floor staff. The hardest part of the job is the 12 hour swing shift, being on your feet for most of it. The people I work with are the most enjoyable part of the job.

Product giveaways, Community caring, such as blood drives, and going into the community 1 day and helping out charities, by painting or groundwork or whatever is needed.Benefits are good, profit sharing, maternity leave and paternity leave are the best I have ever heard of.

Training is subpar, flowing to the work means you never know if you will be working your line or another.
