Great place to learn the Insurance Industry
Premium Audit Aanalyst (Bývalý zaměstnanec) – Schaumburg, IL – 12. ledna, 2017
While working at Zurich headquarters in Schaumburg, IL for 6 years I got the opportunity to work in several different departments; Workers Compensation, Underwriting Support and Premium Audit. However it was hard to advance to the next level and I spent many years working in administrative roles(two years as a temp for Randstad). Managers make sure you stay on top of your workload and make your productivity and quality goals, but the work can become redundant. The company matches 6% of the employees 401K contribution, has jeans day every Friday as well as 2 hour early dismissal every Friday throughout the summer(Memorial Day-Labor Day) They also have an annual company picnic, different departments have holiday parties and they participate heavily in multiple charities throughout the year. There are yearly bonuses and raises. They also offer 19 days of vacation per year which is pro-rated the first year with the opportunity to purchase 5 additional days during open benefits enrollment. In the end after interviewing twice to gain a CAREER title of a Premium Auditor and being turned down BOTH TIME I resigned and became an insurance premium auditor for a different company.
Nice & helpful colleagues
Heavy workload, slow technology, low pay
