Práce mě bavila a naplňovala. Komunikovala jsem napříč celou společností, cizinci a využívala jazyk. Moje práce byla vždy jiná, různorodá (nástup/výstup zaměstnance, péče, životní cyklus zaměstnanců, procesy, spolupráce se mzdovou účetní atd). Hodně jsem se naučila a rozvinula své vyjednávací, komunikativní a organizační schopnosti a také jsem zapracovala jak vyzrát nad stresem:). S úsměvem jde všechno líp:):):). Personalistika je pro mě zábavou.
Zebra is a great company to work for. They make you feel like your part of a family and will help you with any goals you have. Benefits are amazing with paid medical, dental, vision, annual bonuses. They expect you to come up with goals and help you maximize your potential.
Management is slow to respond at times.

I worked at Zebra Technologies for only two days. It was fun and engaging, and everyone seemed really friendly, but then I was let go for "being a distraction". I wasn't given a warning. I wasn't asked not to do something. I wasn't even told that what I was doing was wrong, and they let me go. Now remember, I was only working for two days before they gave me the boot, so I was still fresh and didn't entirely know all the rules and policies, and instead of instructing me not to do something, they just gave me the boot and said to not come back. So, if you want job security, don't work for them.
Unless you work your way up into the ranks of their management or floor supervisor staff then you will not be heard or listened to as an employee. You are hired on as just a cog for their machine, do your job, do it well and do it quietly. Make your way up to management so you can sit behind your desk, tell people they are messing up and then just go watch YouTube all day.
Zebra does a lot of interesting things in a wide range of fields, and their upper management is exceptionally agile and makes big plays with overwhelmingly positive results. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about middle management, who have essentially no purpose or power. Raises are based on seniority and some departments will institute pay cuts even during excellent quarters. In 3 years my raises didn't even meet cost of living, while my older co-workers (and friends in other departments) saw +10% in those same periods.
The Company offer great benefits, and especially yearly bonuses, but Pay is not worth the position role. Some employees can be headache most of time due to lack of communication and quality control techs need to be more understanding instead of writing up operators for something they didnt do intentionally.
This job is tedious and repetitive. They do not care about your personal life or well being. They’ll implement random mandatory overtime for CRAZY HOURS and don’t give people with kids a chance to change their hours
