Your main responsibilities:

  • End-to-end coordination of campaigns (both sourcing and non-sourcing) across Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, and Slovenia (e.g., Allegro Days, Black Week, Smart! Week, Kids Day, Christmas, Back to School, etc.).
  • Tracking campaign performance, intra-campaign steering, collecting learnings, and coordinating implementation of improvements.
  • Contributing to merchant campaigns and sourcing strategy.
  • Ensuring maximum efficiency of the entire campaign process by identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements, including process adjustments and potential automation and robotics.
  • Close collaboration with Sales (e.g., product nominations for campaigns) and the tech team (e.g., potential automations) on campaign business and business product development.
  • Building awareness of the campaign process and its significance in business performance.

This job is for you, if you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in campaign coordination or similar roles.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing principles.
  • Knowledge of: BI tools, MS Office / Google package, Web administration tool and SAP.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Data driven mindset and analytical thinking.
  • Fluent English and Czech language skills; knowledge of Polish language is a plus.
