  • Do you want to work in customer service within a fast-paced multinational environment?

If you have answered YES to both these questions, then we are looking for you!

At BlueLink International, we are now launching a brand new project called Learn German with Us. We are opening Customer Service Specialist positions for candidates who have some previous knowledge of German (ideally min. B1), giving you an opportunity to become fluent German speakers (C1) by attending an intensive language course fully covered by our company as part of your job when you start with us.

Your new role, after taking part in the intensive 2-month language course organized by the company, will include:

  • Assisting customers with various procedures related to bookings
  • Handling customer service inquiries through different channels
  • Ensuring that passengers have perfect pre-flight service and after-flight care
  • Providing additional information regarding compensations, additional services and similar
  • Solving possible issues and giving advice if needed
  • Establishing and managing positive relationships with customers as well as co-workers and supervisors
  • Maintaining the booking and other related systems

We would like you to have:

  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication skills and high-quality service orientation
  • A professional and positive attitude is desired
  • Previous customer service or airline-related work experience is a plus, but not a must
  • At least basic proficiency in MS Office package
