As one of the fastest-growing crypto trading startups in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, we are seeking a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to join our team. Your mission will be to connect with influencers, build lasting partnerships, and drive the growth of our affiliate and partner network.
Your Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, leveraging relationships with influencers and partners to expand HyroTrader’s reach. You will craft compelling offers, nurture key partnerships, and oversee their performance while managing and optimizing our affiliate programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building Partnerships: Connect with crypto trading influencers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), streamers, YouTubers, and affiliate partners.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with partners, ensuring their continued success and alignment with HyroTrader’s goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of influencers and affiliates, analyze results, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- Affiliate Program Management: Oversee affiliate partners, prepare offers, and provide ongoing support to ensure program effectiveness.
- Industry Networking: Engage with crypto communities, platforms, and websites to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Hands-On Trading: Stay immersed in the trading ecosystem by using popular crypto trading platforms to gain insights and enhance your understanding.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in business development, account management, or a similar role.
- Crypto Knowledge: Strong understanding of crypto trading and the broader cryptocurrency ecosystem.
- Community Insights: Familiarity with crypto influencer ecosystems, community dynamics, and digital platforms.
- Business Acumen: Proven ability to establish new business relationships, negotiate effectively, and grow a partner base.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to connect with a diverse audience.
