Are you passionate about Microsoft products and offerings? Do you have a proven track record a channel sales or partner sales? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
Ostendo Solutions is a leading provider of consulting and outsourcing services, specializing in Microsoft technologies. We are looking for an experienced Partner Sales and Program Manager to join our team and run joint partner facing sales initiatives for Microsoft’s products/offerings, from planning to execution. You will work closely with Microsoft stakeholders to define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of each program, and ensure they are aligned with the business goals and strategy. You will also directly interface with Microsoft Partner organizations, GSIs, orchestrate sales motions, execute sales programs, manage the budget, timeline, resources, risks, and issues of each program, and communicate the progress and status to all relevant parties. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and customer satisfaction of each program, and identifying and implementing best practices and continuous improvement opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be:
- A proactive, sales driven hunter with a growth mindset
- Have a good understanding of IT sales and 3+ experience in sales or/and channel sales
- Be able to drive executive level conversations and have the ability to influence internal and partner stakeholders to commit and drive more scale
- What is expected from the role:
- Lean in on certain regions to activate partners and internal stakeholders at Microsoft, to lead not to assist
- Focus on certain partners to drive better solutions/services and higher scale, again lead not assist
- Catch up on most recent developments and adjust/optimize got to market (e.g. new market developments, new product developments that might require us to lean in or change approaches and influence partners)
- Data driven, ability to drive accurate reporting, not a stranger to Excel and PowerBI/Tableau and curious to drive data-based insights
Candidates should only apply if they meet the minimum requirements below:
- A college degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or computer science, MBA or MS degree preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a channel sales or sales, in particular software sales.
- A solid knowledge of Microsoft products and offerings.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade senior executives and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex and ambiguous situations.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Availability to start immediately and work remotely.
This is a full-time contract position, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time role, depending on the performance and business needs.
