Specialties Chef Chinese Cuisine

A Sin Jah specialty chef always wants to be involved. From preparation to presentation, you work quickly and with an eye for detail to impress our guests. Work with a wok, fryer, teppan or ramen – you own your own 'station' and you keep it clean. Together with your knowledge of the ingredients + flavors that make our food delicious, you complete our team.

- Preparing fresh dishes

- Helping the other chefs

A true line chef knows every dish inside and out. So all the ingredients and flavors that make our food great.

How you complete our team:

- you love Asian cuisine and are able to cook delicious dishes under pressure

- you can work quickly without losing sight of the details

- you have a lot of energy, are customer-friendly, have a sense of humor and like to work in a team

- preferably you have knowledge of HACCP. If not, we will include that in your training
