Are you a skilled communicator with a knack for logistics and customer care? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment where no two days are the same? We’re looking for an International Move Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help drive seamless relocations for our global customers.

Position Summary
As a International Move Coordinator, you will be the central point of contact throughout the move process, ensuring customers receive high-quality service while managing logistics, vendors, and internal teams. Your role will be a blend of customer relationship management, logistical planning, and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Customer & Relationship Management (60%)
  • Proactively communicate move updates to customers with empathy and professionalism.
  • Serve as the go-to contact for agents and suppliers, ensuring smooth coordination of surveys and services.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (billing, claims, account management) to ensure all move aspects are aligned and on track.
Logistics Oversight (10%)
  • Analyze and manage margins by selecting cost-effective routes and negotiating rates.
  • Use tools like Globalcom and Move Manager to track progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate agent communications to align with service expectations and pricing models.
Administrative Execution (30%)
  • Maintain accurate records in Globalcom and PROMOVE systems, including costs, communication, and documentation.
  • Handle all shipping paperwork and ensure timely file forwarding using digital systems.
  • Support billing processes with complete documentation and help resolve any revenue disputes or claims issues.
Customer Satisfaction
  • Proactively manage expectations and resolve concerns to ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Freight forwarding or relocation industry experience a plus
  • Multilingual capabilities are highly valued
Key Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Analytical abilities including basic math, margin calculation, and rate analysis
  • Global awareness and basic geographic knowledge
  • Highly organized with time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Team-oriented and culturally aware
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook; mainframe experience is a plus
