Position: Customer Service Specialist (Portuguese, English and Czech speaking)

Location: Prague (hybrid working. Minimum 2 days per week in the office)

Permanent/full time (40 hours: 0830-1700, Monday-Friday)

As a part of our Customer Service Team you will be helping Weber customers from various countries including Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia. Your positive and customer-centric approach to resolving issues will be used on a daily basis. You will be working with all types of Weber customers, from the individual consumer to large-scale vendors, helping them to resolve a wide variety of issues.

This is not a high-volume call centre with pre-defined scripts. You will be required to work across multiple clients, resolving complex queries that may require collaborating with international departments across Weber and constantly learning new product information.

Some of your key responsibilities:

  • Communication with Weber customers and vendors/dealers over the phone and via e-mail
  • Handling of inquiries and claims from the end-users and dealers
  • Collaborating with multiple international departments across Weber
  • Technical support, troubleshooting, problem solving
  • Upselling and providing inspiration to vendors and customers about how to get maximum impact from their Weber products and purchases.

About you:

  • Proven experience from a busy customer service environment
  • Fluent Czech and Portuguese language, comfortable communicating to a professional business standard
  • Intermediate level English language skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to effectively prioritise workload
  • Confident problem solver who can apply policies, processes and logic to resolve issues
  • Highly collaborative and enjoys providing an exemplary service to global colleagues, customers and vendors.
  • Preferred (not essential) Navision, SAP, Zendesk, Salesforce
