Friendly colleague in the position of Purchase to Pay Specialist will fit in perfectly with us.

What will be your job about?

In the PtP Team, you will be responsible for smooth operations in Epiroc's business units of following activities:
  • Review and maintain accounting records.
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency of operations.
  • Provide support and solutions to the business partners and to the Finance teams.
  • Point of contact for suppliers.
  • Drive process analysis and process improvements in collaboration with other teams.
  • Coordinate operations for assigned companies.
  • Set and participate on calls with operations teams.
  • Supporting PtP Manager in various activities (including attendance tracking and updating of system)
  • Process transactions:
    • Match supplier invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
    • Post invoices into accounting system on a daily and timely basis.
    • Prepare payments .
    • Perform month-end activities and reporting.
    • Analyze vendor accounts, solve negative balances.
    • Reconcile vendor statements.
  • Performance according to KPI and company policy.
  • Communicate with vendors to resolve account discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries.
  • Leading projects and special tasks.
  • Solving difficult errors.
  • Helping junior colleagues with expansion of knowledge and skills.
  • First point of contact for business for escalation.
  • Support the overall idea of the Epiroc Center of Excellence.

What personality & skills are we looking for?

  • Experience as PtP Accountant
  • Very good command of English, another language is a plus.
  • User PC skills (knowledge of the ERP used is a must)
  • Excel Advance.
  • F&A process understanding & accounting knowledge.
  • Secondary education or higher with Accountancy/ Finance background
  • Organizational and planning skills, including ability to: prioritize work, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, set goals and enforce deadlines, while maintaining flexibility to reassess and prioritize goals.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in the team.
  • Drive and ambition to deliver on agreed deadlines.
  • Inspiring commitment towards other team members
  • Ability to create and run good relationship within the company and with suppliers.
  • Analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with strong problem solving abilities .
