Rockaway Capital is seeking a talented and motivated Investment Analyst to join our growing team. This is a full-time position based in our new offices in Prague – Dejvice and with the possibility of immediate start. We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide valuable insights.
• Relevant Experience: While not mandatory, relevant experience form finance, investments or management consulting is a strong plus.

• Proficiency in MS Office: Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fast-Paced Environment: Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Proficient Command of English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, ensuring effective collaboration and clear articulation of ideas.

As an Investment Analyst, you will play an important role in the deal-making process and portfolio management. Your responsibilities will include:

• Deal Process Assistance: Participate in all aspects of the deal process, from initial screening to due diligence, and contribute to the preparation of internal investment documents.
• Financial Analysis and Valuations: Develop and maintain detailed financial models for comprehensive financial analysis and valuation activities.
• Presentation Preparation: Create compelling PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate investment opportunities and insights.
• Portfolio Management Support: Work closely with other members of the investment team, other internal teams as well as portfolio teams to identify and implement strategic initiatives that help to drive the value of the business.
