Seniority Level: Entry level
We are currently looking for German speakers who are interested in the Customer Experience field, are located in (or want to relocate to) Prague, CZ and who would support our stakeholders on the German, Austrian or Swiss markets.
We are looking for Talent in the below scopes:
Bonus Management team are responsible for processing invoices, credit notes and managing customers agreements together with other contract back office tasks.
Community Engagement Specialist team is responsible for managing all consumer inquiries received through various channels (phone, brand websites, social media), and effectively addressing their requests by liaising with relevant stakeholders. This involves leading multifaceted projects tailored towards optimizing our methodologies and strengthening our interactions with consumers.
Direct Delivery team handles a range of tasks starting from the moment the customer wants to place an order and has questions about stock availability, until the goods arrive in their warehouses, using our in-house logistics network.
Indirect Delivery team ensures that all customer contracts, beer volumes and other crucial information is maintained correctly in our systems and is supporting our local field sales with back-office accounting tasks.
Order Management team’s priority goal is to speak with our customers and ensure all orders are entered on time in full, whilst working closely with our warehouse and sales colleagues to solve ad-hoc issues that pop up for us or the customer during deliveries and day to day activities. Long term goal of digitisation, change management and transformation is also key to the scope.
Reporting team is handling all indirect volume reports and matching them to the correct customers, to ensure all Info bonus payouts are processed correctly.

What you'll bring:
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Prior experience is a customer facing position is preferred, whether as a call agent, receptionist or hospitality worker
  • Process improvement mindset and the desire to keep learning
  • Ability to handle a variety of stakeholders and seniority levels
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, …)
  • Experience with SAP is a plus
