In your role as a Guest Service Agent Bar at The Cloud One Hotels, you'll create experiences for our guests, creating memorable moments through attentive service, the art of mixology, and curating the nightly ambiance with our "Sounds in the Clouds" and captivating beats at our bar. Your responsibilities include:

• Taking orders and preparing a variety of drinks and snacks
• Guiding and engaging guests during bar events
• Warmly welcoming and seating guests to ensure an enjoyable experience
• Cultivating enduring relationships with our guests
• Advocating for sustainable practices in food and beverage service
• Infusing creativity by proposing innovative additions to our bar menu
• Upholding cleanliness standards in your work area and strictly adhering to hygiene regulations
• Expanding your knowledge through collaborative interactions within our multicultural team, offering insights into various cross-departmental roles
