Contract Type: Fixed term (6 months) May – November 2024

This role is part of the Remuneration (Compensation & Benefits) central team supporting the Europe, Middle East & Africa regional scope for the Business Group of Amcor Flexibles. Your main task is to provide administrative support to the annual Remuneration processes, including incentive plans year end calculations and salary review. In this role you will be working alongside our interntational EMEA HR team supporting 20+ countries in the region with Remuneration activites.

What you will do:
  • Data maintenance in all related files
  • Maintenance of the incentive calculation tool
  • Generating relevant reports
  • Preparation of co-worker communication e.g. Incentive and Salary Review Letters
  • Collaborating with HR Specialists & HR Business Partners

What you need:
  • Max 1-2 years working experience (working in HR environment is an advantage) or a Fresh Graduate/ Studying Intern
  • Good knowledge in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Mathematical aptitude, strong analytical skills
  • Well organized with finely tuned attention to detail
  • Ability to work in tight deadlines and with ambiguous data
  • Fluent in English
