Based in Prague, L’Oréal CZ/HU/SK, a leading beauty tech powerhouse, is seeking a Social Brand Manager for its Dermatological Beauty Division (LDB). This role will focus on La Roche-Posay and CeraVe, managing social media presence and strategy for these brands across Czech Republic, Hungary, and Slovakia.

JOB DESCRIPTION
As Social Brand Manager, you will orchestrate social media and influencer campaigns for La Roche-Posay and CeraVe in the CZ/SK/HU market. You will also develop and manage the CRM strategy, maximize social reach and brand reputation through content creation, contribute to PR content adaptation, and manage external agencies.
Develops and manages brand influencer strategy- Plans, allocates and executes budget for influencer marketing
- Prepare content plan and briefing on campaigns for whole brand in cooperation with PM’s and advocacy team
- Plans, allocates and executes budget for influencer marketing
- Screens process and final selection of influencers
- Follows campaign / influence KPIs use learnings
- Manages consumers advocacy through content generation and social media, including B2B2C
- Creates the brand tone of voice for the social media
- Develops the advocacy strategy for consumers
- Owns and fuels social media accounts with the support of agencies,
- Creates and manages organic campaigns posts and amplification of paid posts
- Develops an understanding of consumers and shoppers through social engagement
- Co-develops social assets suitable for retailers / e-retailers posts
- Manages the CRM
- Defines the CRM strategy and execution for campaigns activity with the support of the CRM agency
- Manages the consumer data base and recruitment campaigns in collaboration with the CDO team
- Contributes to PR content development / adaptation
- Collaborate with other departments (medical, digital, commercial) and partner agencies to build broader business strategy
YOU HAVE:
- University degree
- 3+ years of experience in marketing (brand, social media)
- Fluent English and Czech or Slovak language
- Strong entrepreneur mindset
- Genuine interest in the trending influencer world
- Responsible, independent, and innovative approach
