Our story

For decades, many of us have worked in the largest multinational corporations with great people, using modern technology.

It comes as a shock that management of people potential, performance and engagement is where companies fail to utilize these amazing technologies and keep on wasting human capital, the most important thing for any business.

We were looking for a holistic platform that merges the best of both, people & technology. We could not find one. It didn't exist. Some were outdated, and the recently founded ones with technology background covered just small parts of our needs or didn't meet our expectations.

So we decided to build one ourselves - we call it LutherOne.

POSITION SUMMARY

As our customer success manager, you will cover different activities, mainly key account management, program management and in some cases, marketing.

Your role will be to ensure clients feel great about their purchases, providing them with superior customer experience, turning them into ambassadors. As we’re on the fast track to growth, this represents a unique opportunity to be part of our global expansion with great potential for career development and growth.

Position is on-site, our headquarter is based in Prague, Czech Repulic.

YOUR JOB AT LUTHERONE

· Everything you will do will evolve around a client. You will build and maintain long-term relationship with the customers, navigating and actively managing every step of the lifecycle.

· You will develop an in-depth understanding of the customers' challenges, opportunities, and our product, then act as the customers’ consultant to achieve customer success.

· As a key account manager, you will be in constant touch with the customer, both personally and digitally, actively seeking for new ways to engage all key stakeholders.

· You will develop engaging customer communications including e-mail campaigns and internal social media posts.

· You will maximize the value of entrusted accounts, generating and stimulating demand and engagement for new products.

· You will keep track and document all the crucial steps, co-creating a knowledge base ensuring maximal efficiency of all the key processes.

YOUR PROFILE:

· You are curious and you enjoy learning new skills.

· You are fluent in Italian and English.

· You like working on many things at the same time, but still manage to keep your work organized.

· You are comfortable communicating with senior & influential stakeholders.

· You have great communication skills and can easily adapt to changes.

· You have experience in a client-facing role or a background in marketing communication.
