Your job at LutherOne

· Gather, analyze, prioritize and implement requirements for CRM development

· Work daily with HubSpot, Apollo, and other sales enablement applications.

· Analyze sales data and trends to provide actionable insights

· Prepare reports and forecasts to support decision-making (e.g. in Hubspot)

· Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies

· Support sales teams in the preparation and processing of large tenders.

· Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements

· Monitor key performance indicators and track progress

Your profile

· Bachelor's or master`s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field. or are currently studying one)

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Proficiency in Excel and Sharepoint is necessary, ability to work with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), CRM (Hubspot) and sales enablement tools (Apollo, Gong, Jiminny, Deal room, …) is an advantage

· English on professional level
