A Day in The Life Of
As a Patient Services Representative, you’ll be the friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for our customers.
- Providing Expertise : Offer technical and product-oriented support, guiding those living with Diabetes, and medical professionals with troubleshooting, device operations, and education.
- Empowering Patients: Resolve customer issues with empathy and expertise, coordinate product returns for quality analysis, and ensure patient safety.
- Collaborating Across Teams : Work closely with sales, marketing, and regulatory departments to ensure smooth complaint resolution and high-quality service.
- Listening to Patients : Accurately document feedback and identify trends to help improve our products and services.
- Grow and develop your skills: Benefit from ongoing training and coaching to stay at the forefront of product knowledge and meet our high-quality standards.
Key Skills & Experience
We’re looking for empathetic, detail-oriented professionals with a passion for helping others.
- Launch your customer service career: Bring one year (or more!) of experience in a contact center, office, or helpdesk environment and take the next step in your career journey.
- Use your multilingual skills: Put your Polish, and English communication skills to excellent use, connecting with diverse customers and making a real impact.
(Polish in combination with Czech/Slovak, Romanian or Hungarian is welcomed) - Master the art of multitasking: Showcase your ability to juggle multiple tasks, navigate systems, and communicate effectively – all while providing exceptional customer service.
- Tech-savvy is a plus : Experience with SAP, MS Office Suite, and troubleshooting medical equipment is advantageous and will help set you up for success in this role.
