As a member of the Identity & Network Access, Entra Core Services Business Unit, Reliability, Resiliency & Livesite (R2L) Technical Program Manager, you will be part of dynamic team that is passionate about providing the World’s Most Reliable Identity Services. You will lead programs to drive improvement in Identity livesite/devops operations to not only prevent outages before they happen but also to accelerate our ability to communicate and mitigate outages faster when they do happen. In this role, you will be leading the work to identify, define, and drive improvements across the IDNA service model. You will lead your team and the IDNA organization in creating clarity and driving business outcomes through objective and key results (OKRs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) that will improve the overall quality of our products.

You will drive improvement across IDNA but also do this in partnership with other MS Security partners, Azure, and M365.

Bachelor's Degree, experience in engineering, Service Engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience and proven experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Other Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
