The Purpose:

As the Application Project Expert, you will contribute to project deliveries for Zone Europe Applications operated by TechOps, including the Application portfolio rationalization and modernization program. You will be supporting the Application Lead, Application Performance Managers & Application Architect with data collection, reports, audits, business and technical requirements collection and documentation for project stakeholders, board preparation, and conclusions. You will be identifying process gaps/breaks and will be recommending process improvements, will analyze and scale on new opportunities with the Stakeholders in TechOps.
As the final step you will be documenting the new/adjusted processes and will also support for transition to DevOps in Solutions Europe or TechOps.
With this position you will have the chance to learn how to manage a complex project at AB-InBev, taking one step forward toward a successful Project Management role with high expertise in international projects.

What will you be doing:
  • Manages implementation of standard and simple projects, as well as Change Requests
  • Jointly with architect, validates solutions for applications under his/her umbrella
  • Manages expectations towards stakeholders (IT services, business, vendors), escalates and provides visibility when needed
  • Follows up with Solution Review Board (Eg.: Project One-Pager, Sumary, Technical Debt, Templates for SRB1, etc) until finalization of project and transition to BAU in Tech Ops or Dev Ops in Solutions
  • Be the right hand of the Application Lead and Application Performance Manager and supports with planning follow up & updates, meeting minutes, documentation, MS Teams/Sharepoint structure & documentation, Solution Board documentation preparation
  • Collects, maintains and validates data with regards of demand delivery planning and costs
  • Provides visibility and insight on demand delivery performance. Manages KPI performance validation, reports and support actions to improve overall quality.
  • Be exposed to Agile Framework and implement Agile WoW in the Tech Ops Application Landscape
  • Gathers and analyses business and technical requirements related to the Application Transformational projects in scope
What you'll bring:
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Project Management experience (preferably in software development)
  • ITIL process knowledge preferred
  • IT Framework knowledge and interest in Infra Architecture, Cloud, trends and technologies
  • Experience with stakeholder management
  • Ability to work on own initiative and prioritize workload effectively
  • Highly customer & service-oriented mindset
