Job summary:

As a Recruiter you will be expected to search for qualified candidates to meet the needs of the growing company to ensure smooth business operations internationally. You will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and referrals. The responsibilities are fully concentrated on gaining qualified staff to match any opening in the company. You will provide the full cycle of recruitment process from the moment a new hire is initiated till the offer is accepted.

The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.

Reporting to Head, Human Resources, you will be one of key members of the HR team.

We are searching for an experienced, ambitious and energetic person, with strong people knowledge and experience and significant negotiation skills. The desired person shall be open to cross cultures communication and cooperation and shall be independent in their performance.

Main Tasks of the Position:

  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs
  • Source and attract candidates by using LinkedIn, company databases, social media, job boards, employee referrals, etc
  • Conduct HR interviews and filter candidates for open positions
  • Schedule departmental interviews
  • Responsible for leading recruitment processes in company recruitment system
  • Initiate hiring of chosen candidates
  • Help onboarding candidates
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
  • Other HR related tasks if assigned

Required Qualifications, Experience, Competencies

  • Educational degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
  • Familiarity with HR databases is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work cross team and cross countries to effectively finalize recruitment processes
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Strong negotiation, conflict resolution and decision-making skills
  • Excellent record keeping
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Advanced computer competence
