Slovak Speaking Customer Support Job in Greece
JOB TITLE : Customer Support
LOCATION : Athens, Greece

Responsibilities:
- Dealing with customer queries for various issues related to products or services.
- Troubleshooting any problems clients may have via telephone, e-mail, or chat.
- Provide information about products and services to the customers over the phone.
- Escalation and rerouting of the issues to other departments if required to do so.
- Provide technical/non-technical phone support to customers.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Slovak and B2 or medium level of English Language
- Ability to walk customers through complex procedures from start to finish.
- Basic knowledge of troubleshooting technical issues will be an advantage.
- Excellent level of computer and internet using skills with MS Office
- Should have the adaptability to a fast-paced work environment in the company.
- Customer-oriented approach that is capable of matching the brand’s reputation.
- General technical/troubleshooting skills and a natural curiosity-driven personality
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly gross basic salary
- 2 extra full salaries paid per year (pro rata)
