What You’ll Do

As Store Manager, you will be the face of ARTĚL’s unique retail experience. You’ll lead by example, manage a dedicated team, and ensure the smooth operation and continued growth of our store. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on, creative, and elegant environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the store with excellence
• Drive outstanding customer service aligned with the luxury standard
• Motivate, coach and develop a high-performing sales team
• Monitor and manage inventory, and product deliveries
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic planning
• Collaborate with HQ on reporting, payroll, and commissions
• Support brand events and represent the ARTĚL ethos to clients from around the world

Who You Are

• A dynamic retail manager with 3+ years of experience
• Fluent in Czech and English (other languages are a bonus!)
• Passionate about design, craftsmanship, and premium service
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• A strong leader who brings out the best in your team
• Professional, polished, and solution-oriented
• Open to flexible scheduling, including weekends and events
