What you'll do:

• Greet and assist employees, guests, and vendors with a warm, professional approach

• Manage front desk operations: phone calls, mail, deliveries, and couriers

• Keep the reception and office space tidy and welcoming

• Support internal events, employee activities, and wellness programs

• Handle office supplies and coordinate with facility vendors

• Be a go-to person for employee questions and day-to-day office needs

• Provide administrative support to HR and other teams, ensuring smooth coordination of logistics and communication

This is a part-time position. You'll be required to work on-site 3 days per week (typically Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday).

What will you bring to the team?

• Experience in a receptionist, office coordinator, or administrative role

• Strong communication skills in Czech and English, both spoken and written

• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

• Friendly and service-minded with a hands-on, can-do attitude
