Your Role:

This part-time role for 12 months is ideal for students or parents on parental leave, offering flexible working hours (20 hours per week). Ideally, the work schedule is 5 days a week.

As an HR Assistant, you will be available for our employees throughout the day. We understand the importance of work-life balance. Home office arrangements are possible for tasks that can be effectively managed remotely.

You will play a vital role in supporting our HR department with various administrative and coordination tasks, with a particular emphasis on proficient use of Excel and supportive communication towards employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including employee record management and data entry.
  • Help organize and coordinate employee onboarding.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides using our HRIS, Word, advanced Excel functions, and DocuSign.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance with Czech employment law and assist with payroll management tasks.


Must Have:

  • Proficiency in Czech or Slovak, and communicative English to ensure smooth communication with our colleagues.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions needed for bulk send and basic data analysis.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Positive attitude, highly customer-oriented, with a willingness to learn and adapt.

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience in HR, payroll management, or other administrative roles.
  • Knowledge of Czech employment law.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and multicultural environments.
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, Teams, Outlook, and DocuSign
