Main Responsibilities


  • Foster and model a culture of collaboration and accountability to ensure alignment with the strategic plan and related KPIs and milestones at all levels of the organisation.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and ensure the achievement of targets.
  • Effectively communicate the strategic direction, providing guidance and motivating teams to achieve overarching strategic objectives.
  • Monitor and adjust strategies as necessary to meet programmatic and organisational objectives.
  • Develop, prepare, present and maintain project plans including staffing requirements, cost estimates, detailed budgets and work breakdown structures and schedules.
  • Select and manage project team. Manage such teams throughout the project lifecycle including planning, assigning, scheduling, monitoring and reviewing project activities, as well as evaluating individual performance upon project completion.
  • Lead and coordinate activities with other companies in the group in order to ensure collaboration to mutual benefit.
  • Work cross functionally with the other C-Suite leaders within the business.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure stability and resilience.
  • Handle media inquiries and interviews.
  • Report with the board to convey company performance and implement board decisions in operations.





  • +5 years of relevant experience in Project Management, with a focus on complex and cross-organisational projects.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in, Business Administration, Finance, Business Management or related field.
  • Excellent Czech communication skills with proficiency in English.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively and independently communicate with diverse audiences and network collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Experience working with Boards of Directors, major donors, foundations, state and local officials and the media.
  • Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning and development, especially in managing people and resources.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional leadership and global team management capabilities to deliver shared strategic objectives.
  • Risk management, including adherence to information security and business continuity.
  • Working experience with Bluechip and Public companies would be considered a benefit.
  • Proficient in Data Analysis and operational metrics.
  • Experience working with AGILE frameworks.
  • Experience working with BI systems.
