Your Role

• Prepare, validate, and submit all required VAT returns, supporting schedules and any

documentation/responses as may be required by the Federal Tax Authority

• Provide proactively VAT advice to customer centers, HUB VAT team and to other departments for the

countries in HUB tax team‘s scope

• Support in Tax audits, providing supporting documentation
• Identify and manage tax risks (flag up any material risks to Tax Team Leader/BC).
• Ensure clear communication to corporate business partners of opportunities and risks on complex AC

transactions from VAT perspective

• Analyze VAT reporting processes and identify areas for improvement
• Assist in the review and automation of VAT processes (cooperation with Automation team)
• Support internal VAT projects
• Provide VAT trainings for PTP, AtR departments
• Act as a mentor to VAT junior team members encouraging them to study and supporting their broader

understanding of VAT

To succeed, you will need

• 2-4 years of experience in indirect taxes (VAT)
• Experience in accounting concepts and tax regulations, laws and standards
• Good knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Very good command of English (another language is a plus)

• Degree in business/economics, finance, accounting or any other related field

• Ability to work independently, keeping eye on details, very good analytical skills
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and time pressure

• Very good communication skills
• Team player
• Be able to inspire commitment among other team members
• Ability to create and run good relationship within the company & team
