What will your daily game look like?
As our new Customer Support Advisor, you will:
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat, email, and social media
- Assist with account registration, verification, login issues, payments, and technical challenges
- Be a reliable guide through our platform
- Provide fast, friendly, and accurate solutions
- Contribute ideas and insights to improve internal processes
Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for a team player with a natural customer focus who:
- Speaks and writes Czech fluently (C2) and communicates well in English (B2)
- Has a positive attitude, enjoys teamwork, and embraces challenges
- Is comfortable using computer applications (MS Office, etc.)
- Can explain complex things in a simple way
- Has an interest in sports and betting – so you know what you’re talking about
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Has completed secondary education with a school-leaving certificate

- Salary starting from 37.500 CZK/month + performance bonuses (up to 2.500 CZK) + extra pay for night shifts, weekends, and holidays
