To support the exponential growth of our install base in Europe we are looking for a Field Service Technician in Eastern Europe. You will be part of our EMEA Life Cycle Services team and will be based in a home office, ideally in the Czech Republic or Poland.

What will you do?
  • On-site support for newly delivered products
Support, coordinate, and perform belt and equipment installations in customer facilities
Assist with production start-up
Provide operator and maintenance training specifically related to Intralox products
  • Life Cycle Support of our products
Conduct health assessments on existing equipment
Perform maintenance and repairs as needed
Troubleshoot technical issues in the field
Execute plant audits to gather detailed technical information for improvement and/or new sales opportunities and build relationship during this process
  • Create reports (belt, conveyor, and spare parts recommendations) to share with customers
  • Work closely with Application Engineers, Account Managers, and other team members to ensure consistent service offerings and recommendations

Who are you?
  • At least 3 years of practical, hands-on experience in a field service role
  • Strong mechanical background, ideally with experience in processing or conveying equipment, including basic control skills (e.g., adjusting PLC settings)
  • Customer service-oriented personality and approach
  • Ability and flexibility to travel extensively (>50%), including weekends, EMEA region
  • Fluent in English as well as one of the following languages German, Polish, or Czech (both verbal and written)
  • Able to set priorities, utilize and coordinate resources, and manage visits from start to finish with minimal supervision; self-managed
  • Proficient in computer use, including demonstrated experience with Microsoft products and CAD programs
