Overall Purpose of the Job

To process (translation and data entry) individual case safety reports (ICSR) according to the clients relevant global procedures for the case intake processes.

Perform medical report submissions by following specific regional requirements in the case submission workflow.

Post processing submit those cases into Client system. Performs quality review as and when needed as per the business requirement.

Responsibilities/Authorities

• Translate Case information from local language to English
• Data entry of the relevant information into the client platform into English
• Provide accurate translations within medical and country specific context
• Understand and abide deadlines without compromising on quality
• Plan and organize work according to the applicable timelines
• Ensure Quality standards are met as laid out by the client and Accenture
• Ensure compliance with Business policies and contractual requirements of Accenture
• Demonstrate the ability to work as a part of a multicultural team
• Seek advice and escalate issues when facing tasks or problems outside the normal scope of the job
• Perform internal case quality control to assess and ensure correct information provided
• Submit the ICSRs in client submission system
• Contact reporters in local language and request follow-up information

Educational and Experience Requirements

• Speaking and writing skills of Arabic as a local speaker
• Expert at reading, writing and communicating in English
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic
• Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts and skills
• Detail oriented and proactive
• Strong oral and written communication skills for client interaction
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in language or life sciences
• Prior experience in life science industry (e.g. nurse, vet, pharmacist etc)
