Service-oriented, experienced, and technically strong

We are looking for a motivated person who wants to play an active role in supporting and training our users and clients in the Czech Republic. Based in our Prague office, you will work closely with customers across the Czech market, helping them succeed with Dalux through onboarding, training, and ongoing support.

You are technically skilled, eager to drive digitalization in the construction industry on a broad scale, and genuinely interested in ensuring our clients have an excellent experience with Dalux.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a key role in supporting customers and driving growth in the Czech market. With a proactive and structured approach, you will deliver the high level of service and customer care that Dalux is known for, helping build strong and lasting relationships with clients.

Your responsibilities will include demonstrating and presenting Dalux software to both new and existing customers, managing implementation, training, and support, as well as proactively engaging with clients to ensure they succeed with our solutions.
