Brand Activation Associate Trainee

Are you passionate about marketing, consumer promotions and brand activation? Do you enjoy working on creative projects while also coordinating activities across different teams? If so, this part-time opportunity could be the perfect fit for you.

We are looking for a Brand Activation Associate Trainee to join our Cluster Marketing team on a part-time basis, around 20 hours per week. In this role, you will support the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple markets and gain hands-on experience in brand communications, consumer promotions, product launches and in-store activation activities.

You will work closely with experienced Marketing and Sales professionals and contribute to bringing our brands to life. The position reports to the Senior Marketing Manager within the Cluster Marketing team.

What will you do?

• Support trade and channel marketing activities.
• Assist with the execution of consumer promotions and promotional activities.
• Support the implementation of the annual Brand Activation Plan.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Help develop creative briefs and marketing communication materials.
• Support various online marketing activities.
• Assist with in-store activation projects and POS materials.
• Prepare and coordinate assets for product launches.
• Track marketing activities, brand metrics and budgets.
• Cooperate closely with Sales teams across the region.
• Help organize the Annual Distributor Meeting and support customer presentations.

What are we looking for?

We're looking for someone who is passionate about marketing and eager to gain or further develop hands-on experience in an international environment. Ideally, you already have some exposure to marketing through a previous role, internship, project work, event organization, digital marketing, trade marketing or a similar area and are excited to build on that experience.

You are:

• Interested in brand marketing, consumer promotions and commercial activation.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills.
• Proactive and willing to take ownership of your work.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Curious about consumer behaviors, brands and marketing campaigns.
• Analytical and eager to learn from data and market insights.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluent in English; any additional language is a plus.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys working with different stakeholders and bringing ideas to life.
